    I worked at Sanmina-SCI full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    A good place to learn many things in Oracle, less red-tape, and open access to technologies. Average salary.

    Cons

    No knowledge transfer, effort is all yours, hierarchy is unalterable. Fresher environment, fresher mindset, average employees, easy taking attitude, rare gems exist. Learn, contribute, saturate and move on type on company. No onsite opportunities. Onsite even if there is 1% possibility will be only for a max of 1-2 weeks. Hikes are very bad, no proper rating structure. Hikes are choices of managers (ranges from 2-8% max), underperforming may be earning more cos of this. No HR intervention programmes for employees. No direct home bus facilities. Bad canteen.
