I worked at Sanofi-Aventis

Pros – Sanofi had incredible benefits and good training.

Cons – The company morale has been terrible since 2006. Many reps are underutilized and feel non- productive since there are still so many reps in each area.

Advice to Senior Management – It is great they are doing voluntary severances now, as there are many disgruntled workers and they looking for a way out. Reps should feel more accountability in their territories--there are still way too many reps in each territory, even the diabetes division. Less reps would mean more productivity and more accountability.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
