    Pros

    * Great work-life balance
    * Employees truly care about their jobs and the people they serve
    * Large diversifying company, with potential to provide growing career opportunities

    Cons

    * Many recent layoffs have lead to low morale
    * Lots of information is "private" - i.e. compensation levels, etc.
    * Management needs to be more transparent
    * Not a fully integrated across the affiliates/companies

    Pros

    One of the global leaders in medicine, vaccines, nutricare, oncology, bio-surgery etc. Good working culture. many things to learn like communication, situational approach, selling skills etc.

    Cons

    Now a days, company is shifting it's business paradigm. That's why company is more demanding with less investment & less remuneration to employee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Whatever strategy they are taking, it's ok. But along with that they should pay their employee well. As apart from the Award & Reward, Remuneration is very important. As it helps a person to be motivated.
