Pros
Excellent place to work. Staff is very knowledgable and you can learn a lot from your team.
Cons
promotions are not always provided to the person that is best qualified.
Advice to Senior Management
Provide more decision power to staff and discuss promotion to ensure that the appropriate person is given the position.
