    Pros

    The company was good to their staff with reasonable T&E budgets and reasonable reporting expectations. Group meetings were always well planned and accessibility for Field Staff to HO staff was good via phone or email.

    Cons

    So many changes coming year after year meant that it was hard to get in a groove. Always trying to learn a new process which may be discarded in 6 months meant for low motivation for adoption. At the time it seemed like they needed a master plan, and needed to stand up to Global Head Office regarding Canada's contribution. It was tough to project some things, but products going generic are known years in advance. Get it together, strategic planners!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Share the strategic plan with staff. People will feel more comfortable and loyal , even it it spells out uncertainty. Layoffs year after year make the company less desirable, even if its a great place to work!
