Pros – good salary and benefits
there were strong district, regional and sales vice presidents that were looking for new ways to get the business
Cons – One of the biggest issues was at a national level - the senior leadership had a fragmented strategy - territories/products changed every 6 months- 1 year; relationships were lost with customers. Also,
company didn't get rid of low performers, all top performers were promoted or left organization
Advice to Senior Management – Take a stand and get rid of low performers or people who constantly go out on "stress leave". Also, pick a strategy and stick to it for more than just a few months
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
