“Used to be a great company to work for”
I worked at Sanofi-Aventis U.S full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Great benefits, potential to move up and good co-workers in the field.
Cons – Continuous changes in managers prevents building relationships with them and inhibits your ability to be seen as an asset. By the time you build the relationship they are replaced.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your front line people.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
