    Pros

Very flexible with hours for students, easy to get shift changed

    Cons

Very bad pay for tutoring. I know it's through the school but $9.50 for a job that is worth around $20 at least is just not cutting it. Especially when much easier jobs get paid around the same amount as tutors.

    Advice to Management

Raise the Tutor's salaries or more people will leave like me.

    Pros

Flexible schedule. Interesting people to work with. Beautiful networking opportunities if you work in a department you don't usually interact with. For example, might benefit to work in a business department as an English major. Cool.

    Cons

Downsides...hmmm, not many. Maybe feeling like they're a little phoney about being sustainable. So much paper waste even though they're supposedly so green. Kind of a bummer.
