I worked at Santa Clara University (more than a year)

    Pros

There are some really great people working here. I worked in the housing department for two years. I can't say that I regret working here. I met a lot of interesting and fun people. Up until I left, I had a generally positive experience.

    Cons

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience that caused me to leave. I can honestly say both parties were at fault in some way. But what I was most disappointed in was the lack of leadership and decision making. People at the top, at least in housing, were extremely immature and led to many employees leaving prematurely.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more clear in your goals and vision.
