Pros

Provide a strong learning curve by throwing challenges, availability of diverse nature of opportunities for employees, good working conditions and leadership qualities can be developed on the job by employees. Safety of employee is always on top of the company's agenda.

Cons

As the company earns from project driven revenue model therefore they hire for projects and fire when there is no project.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

There should be transparency and uniformity in the recruitment of employees.

I worked at Sapient full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Too much work, pro if you are a workaholic
Awesome core values, the best in the industry actually (ironically never followed)
Good pay ( given the fact that they give you pay equivalent of 1.5 persons while taking the work of around 4 persons from you)

    Cons

No value at all for employees, Even though I topped the trainings and got 4.5/5 in appraisal ratings, I had to opt out because well there is no use in working hard, if your work is not valued
Very bad staffing in the project, they usually staff 5 for a project that needs 50; so literally life is sucked out of those 5
They tend to shadow people in project for years, just to save money
Few managers and directors think they are bureaucrats and in most cases decent hike will be given only if you have another offer
Openness is a core value and you get threatened by a manager to be thrown out of the window by the collar just because you say the ppt he presents adds no value

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I've had the change to work with Sapient employees in US, UK and Canada, where Sapient is valued and one of the best employers, because they upheld the core value. Why don't you at least try to imitate it?
Please stop paying agencies to give you " Best Employer" awards
