    Pros

Overall great people; great company culture; very good compensation; many offices worldwide mean a lot of possibility to travel.

    Cons

It can be very political: connecting with the right people within the company is vital; some times the company culture is sacrificed in the name of profits; travel schedules can be brutal.

Current Employee - Senior Manager, Program Management in Miami Beach, FL

    Pros

The opportunity exists to move anywhere within the company. In fact there also exists the opportunity to change domains or even locations.

    Cons

Sapient does not have enough of a creative angle and loses business because of it. The major drawback is the difficulty to hire full time staff, which results in not hiring A caliber people. This must change to get an better organization.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Influence some of the lost consulting angle that Miami office is missing. Its important to keep the lower level employees happy, they spread the word and help the culture.

    Positive Outlook
