Poor place to grow a career. May be acceptable if you are already mid-senior level and negotiate an acceptable salary.

I have been working at Sapient full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Overall great people; great company culture; very good compensation; many offices worldwide mean a lot of possibility to travel.

    Cons

It can be very political: connecting with the right people within the company is vital; some times the company culture is sacrificed in the name of profits; travel schedules can be brutal.
