Best job experience I've had

ProsStrong Culture, challenges, focus on client-satisfaction, smart people, attempt to create an environment where well-balanced life is a priority.

ConsExpectations are high to deliver on time and under budget, which translates to potentially some stressful work and late hours.

Advice to Senior ManagementRecently met some current employees and it seems the culture is not the same or as strong as it used to be. This should be a focus because... as well as a focus on continually developing the people, without burning them out.

    lack of leadership, poor management HOUSTON office

    I have been working at Sapient full-time for more than a year

    Pros: salary is ok and the sapient start week is fun but it's not reality. various software tools are available to use and purchase… Cons: extremely long hours, poor leadership, military like culture, no regard for people and lack of adherence to company values of communication, creativity, leadership, client focused… Advice to Senior Management: care for your employees and adhere to the values which are indoctrinated to individuals during sapient… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
