    I have been working at Sapient full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    * Many outstanding people whom you look as role model
    * Emphasis on values
    * Good work
    * Open door culture - every one is reachable and every one is listened
    * Good pay package
    * Good learning and development opportunities - not only technical but domain, interpersonal and management skill

    Cons

    * Getting promoted is very difficult
    * Staffing process is very bad - business requirement is given preference over resource aspiration
    * Need to be very compitative - not for the people who want leisure life

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    * Improve staffing process - Dont take people for granted. Consider what people want before putting them into some project. Wrong staffing is major reason for attrition in India.
    * Increase one office (Mumbai/Pune) in india to attract bright talent and overcome talent crunch
