Great place to work. Tons of Opportunities. Red Tape and internal processes are the achilles heel of this great company.

Pros

Great place to work. Tons of Opportunities. Great people, great culture, great work.

Cons

Internal processes and operational processes are archaic, inefficient, daunting--dare i say absurd? depressing?
You will be endlessly pestered about time cards, the hours you bill, project allocations. This happens on a weekly basis.. you twill not escape it!

I have been working at Sapient full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Values its people. Builds a culture for the long term. Work life balance is fair, but like any consulting gig that somewhat depends on the project. Not driven by short term thinking. Dedicated to doing what is right for the project. Very values driven. Sounds hokey in this day and age, but true.

    Cons

401 plan stinks. Long vest, low match. Tends to promote slowly, which isn't terrible (you can't unpromote someone). Still a business and will make tough business decisions when necessary, but that's normal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep on the current path.
