Pros

Conscientious, skilled and amiable group of individuals who are engaged, smart and eager to perform well. Progress and improvement is desired and planned and executed with clarity and transparency. Successful company that values good products and good outcomes for everyone's sake.

Cons

Little to complain about. Any successful company attempting to adapt to changes in the industry will occasionally stumble. SapientNitro is trying and succeeding overall.

Advice to Management

Your focus on the both the big picture and on the details is admirable. Remember that communication is among the most valuable tools in your arsenal--much grief can be overcome through simple conversations.

    Pros

    1. Great work environment
    2. Knowledge sharing
    3. Nice people to work with

    Cons

    1. No personal life due to long working hours
    2. Poor management
    3. Promotion issues
    4. Compensation is not up to the market

    Advice to Management

Should work on project planning very carefully, most of the time they don't bother about the planning and execution which ended creating kiosk in the last to the employees sitting late.

Compensation should revised for the old folks at work, they don't bother about it though can give quit handsome to the new joinees on board.

    Pros

If you like traveling, you'll love this job. The hotel they put us up in was really nice. They were also good about reimbursing a nice amount for food.

    Cons

I worked on a project that Sapient should not have been hired for. The work suffered as a result. I'm not sure what the status of the project is now, but I'm willing to bet there are major issues now between the client and Sapient.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to the work that's being done, to the quality of the work and the satisfaction of your employees and the client.
