    Pros

    Can learn lot of new technologies..sometimes it depends on the project
    Good talented people to work with
    decent salary
    good place to learn agile

    Cons

    senior management is not connected to employees
    projectized org structure - after a project is completed there is no one to look after you in terms of growth.
    hard to connect with the company
    once you join there the salary hikes are minimal.
    company does not encourage growth opportunity outside of your vertical path defined.
    senior management sometimes treat employees like crap. people treated more as resources than employees

    Advice to Management

    Stop propagating core values. Start living them.
