Pros – Flat structure and ability to make an immediate impact. If you believe in your abilities and are not afraid to take some risks, the short term payoff can be excellent. Sapient rewards it's top performers with real responsibility which allows for immediate growth. There are some great mentors at this company as well.

Cons – There is a somewhat disorganized infrastructure due to intense short term growth. The benefits could be more competitive. Communication channels can be challenging with company growth as well. There should be more investment in infrastructure as well to make sure that people can do their jobs easily and focus on clients.

Advice to Senior Management – Always take your people into account.
