Senior Management supports flexible work arrangements, and it is generally easy to make those work
People are generally pleasant to work with
Diversity and inclusion are real, not just given lip service

Processes and procedures are overscienced
Everything is overcomplicated from the intranet site to all-company meetings
The perks, compensation, and benefits have declined over the past year
Very little training or support for new employees - sink or swim is the norm

Simplify, simplify, simplify
Less change for the sake of change
Regular employees care less about Wall Street and more about the general direction of the company
