I have been working at Sargent & Lundy full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Sargent & Lundy is in a fantastic location, it is a great place to work, depending on who you're reporting to. The projects are always very interesting and challenging, very diverse work force.

    Cons

The "good old boys club", outdated software, lazy co-workers that will not do their job, unconcerned management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop the supervisors and managers from yelling and attempting to mentally abuse the employees, it shows ignorance and lack of professionalism. The attitude in HR leaves a lot to be desired.
