Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sashco truly does make high quality products, but leadership needed to trust their employees more rather than micromanage, finger point and manage through passive aggressive behavior.

I have been working at Sashco full-time

    Pros

    Good products
    Nice Co-workers (non-Management)
    Good benefits

    Cons

Horrible culture. Leadership Team is full of yes-men and under-qualified, non-professionals. Culture of fear from the Owner who is unqualified to move the company forward.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop trying to run the company like it is a Fortune 100 company. Your greatest assets are your employees, not your "leadership Team". Just because you say it is "another great day at Sashco" doesn't mean it is.
