Current Employee – been working at Satellite WellBound

Pros – I feel the company really has the best interest of the patients in mind rather than just making a profit. Supportive of work/life balance for employees.

Cons – Small staff at each location. Heavy workloads when training and managing.

Advice to Senior Management – Burnout a real possibility for RN's when training more than one home hemodialysis patient at a time and managing a caseload.
