Former Employee – worked at Saturn Infotech

Pros – No pros. They lie through their teeth and expect the employees to do the same to their clients.

Cons – They "enhance" the resume of employees. Employees are not paid until they get a contract with a client hence they have to back up the company's lies.

Also until the end of the training period the employees are not told that their resumes are "enhanced".

Advice to Senior Management – The unethical ways are going to catch up with you guys sooner or later. I suggest you clean up your acts before it is too late.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
