Great environment and company for those who can contribute. Mostly very nice people to work with and good benefits.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsGood medical, self-developmental and educational facilities, overall good benefits if not the best, most of Govt services provided in in-house facilities and many more goodies

ConsDifferent pay rolls for different nationalities, performance rating generally speaking not fair for foreign workers

Advice to Senior ManagementWatch and adjust salaries and benefits for Foreign worker based on facts and market cost trends rather than theit countries' government statistics. Also, keep in mind their contributions in local economy where they live, buy and use the same facilities as their Saudi brothers on the same price.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
