I have been working at Saudi Telecom as a contractor for more than 10 years

Pros

If you are set JUST to work and earn perpetually/peacefully, Saudi Arabia is the place and and government company like Saudi Telecom is the company. Employees are well treated and paid, yearly housing allowance , monthly transportation allowance, paid 30 to 45 days annual vacation with free round trip ticket, yearly renewable work contract. Work location like Riyadh, is so peaceful and full of new first class malls where you can find signature brands and stores full of whatever you need and find whatever you want to have from your country of origin. And the most important
thing is that you develop yourself to be a good well - mannered individual. You learn to follow
rules, you learn to limit yourself only on what you have, you learn to save and value your earnings, you learn to value your job. One thing that i like is there is no time wasted. Your time is just for work, rest and for yourself. You will not be tempted to waste your money and health because
there is no place to spend your night out life, no girls to spend for a date or dine out. parties with friends are just fine because time is observed.

Cons

Your are far from your loved ones. . . . . . . . . .
