Pros – Great pay scales, good culture. Very good environment for professional growth. I highly reccomend employment with Sava senior care for nurses.

Cons – A few of the cons to working with sava senior care would have to be the sheer amount of paper work.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work. Creating an environment where employees matter and are respected and treated as individuals will create happy successful employees, and that I'm turn makes a happy successful company.
