I worked at Sava Senior Care full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great training, great pay, location

    Cons

Putting money over care for residents, cut backs on staff, combining job duties that are impossible to complete in a 40 work, staff feeing obligated to work off the clock to complete duties to keep their job. Residents no longer get the quality of care they did when I started.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Operations in this company is a joke, there NO consistency from building to building. Most Regional Management is a waste of a paycheck. Hire some people that care about the residents and want to be there. Pay more money to get good people. You get what you pay for. Give SWOT more power to fix problems in buildings all the way up if needed. That way thing would not go back to the old way when SWOT leaves. Stop taking management at their word look around operations are a mess in many buildings and Regionals keep getting a check. I no longer wanted to be representing Sava telling families we will take care of their family member because that is no longer the most important thing to Sava or they would not cut back on staff that cares for the residents.
