Pros

It is somehow good to try applying in this company for the experience it gives you. It is a telecommunications company and you will learn a lot from working for it.

Cons

Save 'N Earn makes their employees work too hard and what is worse is they are paying their employees below the minimum salary rate mandated by the Department of Labor and Employment Agency.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice is for them to take care of their employees because these are their most valuable resource.
