Easy job, fair pay, fun people

Grocery Clerk (Current Employee)

ProsJob was pretty easy and slack
Pay was fair for a first job
Other employees kind and fun to hang out with

ConsNo seniority when working part time
Very strict about being exact with breaks, no take an extra minute here put in an extra later
Huge management changes
Hiring a bunch of bums who just stop showing up in a couple weeks

Advice to Senior ManagementIf old employees that were productive come back looking for a job hire them instead of a bunch of 14-17 year old bums that will leave in a month.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
