Pros – Not only will they match your own ambition but they will challenge it!
Cons – Not getting rid of the bad apples FAST ENOUGH!!!! Saveology is being portrayed as being harsh in these postings. Quite the oppositie. If your performance is bad and you cash your paycheck, you are a thief. If your performance was bad and you are upset with Saveology because they made a decision to part ways with you, you are the wrong fit for any company...PERIOD. Look in the mirror first....
