“Could have been a great place to work”
I worked at Savers
Pros – They give a portion of profits to non-profit charities, recycle all unsold product, benefits for full-time employees, good team-member discounts
Cons – extremely poor working conditions, misleading their customers, favoritism, inadequate management
Advice to Senior Management – make us prouder of our jobs by not asking us to mislead customers
