    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Not too much stress in most divisions, some may get really pushed hard. Acceptable or better benefits, support training/education Flexible work environment, telecommute is okay Great cloud related products and services

    Cons

SLOW decisions can be too slow for some typical of telco/service providers not good with recognition everyone is about protecting their turf not very good environment shared team winning - everyone is about themselves you are on your own to get things done top down communication is vey bad

    Advice to Management

Get a strong top down strategy and execute on it Get rid poor performers, non team players - management need to set example Look at your competition and put plans to address Figure out how to be agile, and be fast on execution Don't just look out for yourself, your team is important, delegate and empower Review your processes and cross team work...make it effie (just the basic strong leadership is needed)

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Lot's of interesting work, decent salary and ok benefits.

    Cons

Understaffed. Leadership lie to each other, choose not to see problems, and don't take responsiblity.

    Advice to Management

Start being honest, or get out and let some good people come in.
