Savvis Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Savvis full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – young fast environment, competitive salary, good potential to move up

Cons – work/life balance isn't right. The salary was a little on the low side but I did start off in a junior position

Advice to Senior Management – Be more direct with clients. they seem oversold / sold but don't understand fully what they are getting and that translates to problems with installations and tech management.
