I have been working at Savvis full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

There are some smart people at the company, salary is good, vacation and benefits are good.

Cons

Some groups are painfully understaffed and morale is very low. If you work with Savvis customers on a regular basis, you can see long wait times for problems to be fixed, open cases not getting a response. You have to babysit everything to make progress.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more people in groups that are sorely understaffed. Improve product offerings to customers by applying customer feedback and improving the technology
