Current Employee – been working at ScanSource
Pros – Great culture - friendly people, lots of social activities, good vibe.
Great at helping you manage a life outside of work. Very lenient on scheduling time off, mid-day appts and misc. personal obligations
Cons – Lots of opportunities for new career experiences but most are lateral moves and involve no merit increase.
