Pros

They are the locally authorized Allen Bradley distributor. They are fairly efficient with their product delivery.

Cons

Management indifference to employees, antiquated credit department, inefficient and archaic telephone system and the Eclipse operating system has no printed operating manual to refer to.

Advice to Management

Use local telephone numbers for your branches and stop making customers in one part of the state speak to an inside salesperson in another part of the state. Also, use some common sense with your operating system training program for new hires and print a manual that people can refer to instead of having to ask someone else.

    Great benifits, owners really treat you like family, profit share and half employee owned.

    Cons

    Warehouse is hot as hell, and there are a select few people that think they are gods gift

    Great benefits Great work-life balance Ownership that REALLY cares about employees and company future Awesome coworkers

    Cons

    There can be some stagnation in advancement, but it seems like that is changing for the better. Might be because there is low turnover because people don't want to leave!

    Advice to Management

    Keep treating your employees so wonderfully, but ensure that we stay agile enough to not only compete, but dominate the market in the future.
