Pros

Relatively stable job.
Good life work balance.
Good for a few years until you get your first promotion then you should absolutely move on.

Cons

If you wish to be FORCED to become mediocre is the right place for you! Absolutely no incentive to perform as performance is based on who turn it is.
Do not promote career growth and transfer within the companies
Company, managers and HR does not recognize education and new skill set obtained while at Schering-Plough.

Advice to Senior Management

Performance is based on actual performance... not political performance whcih brings NO added value to the company. Performance as nothing to do with tenure (how long you've been at the company). Why are there so many layers of management?
