Flexible, Parent friendly. Very nice envoronment. Provides equal balance of Challenge and Reward

Cons

hectic at times and information sharing can be improved.

Advice to Senior Management

Use the tricke down effect. Dont be afraid to passs on information to the littl eguy : you can only help him do a better job by doign so.
