    Pros

Get a lot of training, experience and knowledge of oilfield, a lot of pressure from above management and having to deal with different people, do whatever needed to do to execute the job - all of that is more than huge experience for just one job

    Cons

    No time off,
    pressure,
    training,
little respect from management to people, almost no respect,
bad working environments compared to other companies
