Current Employee - Sourcing Leader in Stavanger (Norway)

    Pros

Very good company, billions of opportunities, exciting environment, REALLY-multi-cultural... EXCELLENT feddback overall.
We have no time to get bored, always something coming up...
Also exellent mobility for who wish it.
If you are passionate, this is the company to be in !

    Cons

Sometimes more demanding than I have ever seen... 6 weeks in a row 7 days a week is my worst experience... but you forget it quickly when time shows you did good!
Apart from that, there is not much to put in cons honestly: work hard, you will see the benefit. But when I mean "work hard" you can simply read the first sentence of my comment.
