Schlumberger – “Overall great company with some issues.”
Pros
Great people with a wealth of knowledge. Awesome benefits package including a great maternity policu(the best of all the companies in the industry)
Cons
Horrible compensation as related to competitors and majors.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop promoting bad managers
