    Pros

    Great pay, learn a trade, opportunities for advancement and increased pay

    Cons

    Shift hours are not good for anything other than the job. No family life. Company is so big and continually acquiring other businesses so there will be growing/absorption pains.

    Have a better game plan when absorbing other companies.
