    Pros

Use Schlumberger as a brand name to use on your resume to get your next job.
    They will hire almost anyone.
They will give you lots of training.

    Cons

If you're good at your job, you have to keep doing it.
If you're bad at your job, you have to get out, which means up.
Inconsistent enforcement of rules, something that's okay today can get you fired tomorrow.
They will advertise incentives to get extra work out of you, and as soon as it starts working, they'll remove the incentives and call everything extra you do your job description.

    Advice to Management

    Stop promoting dumb employees.
