    Pros

    Flexibility, large company, ability to move around in structure and learn different things, some of the support organization

    Cons

    short term managment structure, planning, disconnect between clients and management seeking profits, not relationships

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    spend time investing in clients, not profits, and the current trend towards regulation and safety will bring the profits along at twice the current rate

    Pros

    i have a reasonable boss who cares about families
    Great colleagues
    Consistent training and development

    Cons

    like most big corporation, too many layers in management
    Performance is revenue driven. If i bring more revenue than what's set then i get good review
    If not enough revenue..then i don't get good review despite the nature of oil n gas business

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be sincerely approachable so subordinates feel comfortable giving feedback.
