    Pros

Flexibility, large company, ability to move around in structure and learn different things, some of the support organization

    Cons

short term managment structure, planning, disconnect between clients and management seeking profits, not relationships

    Advice to Management

spend time investing in clients, not profits, and the current trend towards regulation and safety will bring the profits along at twice the current rate
