Cons

When a company got too big you may be dealing with multiple layers of management. Sometimes too service-oriented.

    Pros

    transportation is provided, housing is provided, and you have the potential to work on some cool projects. employees are very proud of their job and they seem to have a family atmosphere.

    Pros

    You will get a lot of basic as well as advanced trainings in the oil&gas industry here. Also you will meet many really really experienced engineers. It is a very good place to start one's career as a mechanical engineer.

    The work schedule is not very flexible.
