Huge Company, Good way to learn how to work in a corporation. Gives tons of opportunities to learn and develop your carreer in every area of everyday work.

Sometimes work/life balance is too much on the work side. In some countries salaries are just incredibly low compared to other ones. It can be as high 15 times a salary in one country to another country in the same position.

I worked at Schlumberger full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Training is decent.
Career path is quite flexible for field engineers. It takes time for promotion but there is a lot of options for you to choose from.

    Cons

It's quite demanding. You are surrounded by workaholic people and you will eventually become one too. The standards, policies and guidelines are so high that it seems impossible for one to follow them all.
As field engineer, there is little time for you to be with family and very hard to plan for your personal life.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Set up rotation system for field crew.

    Recommends
    No opinion of CEO
