Pros

Resources. Global presence. Travel opportunities. Great people.

Cons

Duplication of effort. With 120K employees and many different business units you can spend a month working on something that someone else has already written a solution for before you find out the work is not needed.

    Pros

    The pay is great. Working with a team. There is a direct path for advancement. 6 days off is like a mini vacation

    Cons

    The hours are the hardest to get use to but it could be worse.

    Pros

    Slb takes really good care of all employees and spoils all employees

    Cons

    Texas is very humid in the summer
