No opinion of CEO

Pros

Very fast career growth Regular pay raises Allowed flexible work schedules Ample training opportunities for the favored employees That's it

Cons

Start low on salary Fast career growth to the point where everyone is incompetent at their levels Everyone is treated like a commodity

Advice to Management

I would like to give advance but it won't be taken into consideration or lip service will be paid to it

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

•The pay and benifits are very competitive for this area. •Huge focus on safety with a leading safety record. •Safety training is extensive. •Work / home life balance is good.

    Cons

•Very little opportunity for advancement Promotions are seldomly given, and when they are, it's to one of the handpicked few. • Inconsistencies in the way employees are treated. •Management is sorely lacking some good old fashioned common sense. •Little focus on employee retention. •Poor training practices in regard to facility operations. •Equipment in poor condition due to unwillingness to spend money.

    Advice to Management

Try to focus keeping the employees you have instead of having job fairs every couple of months. Spend a little cash on our worn equipment. I should not have to choke on battery gases because management is too cheap to replace the ones that have already exceeded their expected life by 2 years.
