Very human

M&A Associate (Former Employee) Rueil-Malmaison (France)

Pros- people are very open and share their experience
- 115.000 employees across the world -> extensive networking opportunities (especially if position involves a lot of travelling)
- international mentality - considers/hires non-french speaking candidates
- flexible (up to a point) hours (might depend on the position)

Cons- not speaking French might be a limitation for socializing within a team

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
